The customer terms for using Colonic Club to find providers, book treatments, use Care Budget and manage forms.

Colonic Club provides provider discovery, booking, Care Budget, payment collection, health-form, reminder and support-routing tools for eligible colonic hydrotherapy appointments and selected aftercare products.
Treatment is provided by the independent clinic or practitioner shown during booking. Colonic Club is not the treatment provider and does not make clinical suitability decisions.
Booking requirements
You must choose the correct appointment type. Follow-up appointments are for customers who have already completed the required consultation or health-form discussion with the booked provider group. If a first appointment is required, the additional amount must be paid online before treatment can proceed.
A booking is confirmed only when the required value is covered online by paid Care Budget and/or a card payment. Colonic Club does not provide treatment credit, lending or pay-at-appointment finance.
By making a booking you agree to provide accurate information, complete required forms, follow preparation guidance and attend at the agreed time. The clinic may refuse or adjust treatment where clinical suitability, safety or disclosure issues require it.
