How Colonic Club handles account, booking, payment, Care Budget and health-form information.
Last updated: 1 July 2026Information we process
Colonic Club processes account, booking, payment, Care Budget, support, preference and health-form information so customers can find providers, book appointments, complete forms and manage eligible balances.
Payment data is handled through Stripe. Colonic Club stores Stripe identifiers and payment state, not full card numbers.
Health-form access and sharing
Health questionnaires, suitability information and treatment notes are treated as sensitive health-adjacent data. Access is limited to the customer, the clinic or practitioner the customer books with or explicitly authorises, and limited platform administrators where needed for support, safety, compliance, dispute handling or legal obligations.
Health-form information is not made available to every provider on the platform. When you book a clinic or practitioner, you authorise Colonic Club to share the booking details and relevant form answers needed for that provider to assess suitability and prepare for the appointment.
Where you want to use another provider group, Colonic Club asks for explicit authorisation before sharing prior health-form details outside the provider group that originally handled them, unless another lawful basis applies for support, safety, dispute handling or legal obligations.
Privacy safeguards
No health-form answers should be sent to analytics tools, advertising platforms, public logs, routine email or SMS content. Reminder messages should avoid sensitive health detail.
Customers may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal data subject to legal, clinical, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute-retention requirements.
Colonic Club handles privacy requests through its support route and restricts access where data must be retained for legal, clinical, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute reasons.
